Nurses that looked after me for the duration of my stay. Were friendly and all smiled - unlike my local Practice
Phoned department before appointment as I had spent 45 minutes driving round the hospital trying unsuccessfully to par. Due to the lack of parking, I was unable to actually attend my appointment, and I requested that a further appointment be made.
Vicki was very clear on how to manage and help me take care of the pain in my hands. Various pain relief techniques were discussed and suggested to relieve and help with symptoms I had not previously explored. Looking forward to the wax treatment for my hands.
The staff was very helpful and friendly

All staff were very helpful. Twice they fitted me in at short notice when I had some concerns. Very caring and calm attitude.
On time, efficient friendly and very thorough. Covered service in detail and also listened well.
My brother was brought from o/p clinic with seizure
Treated with respect and afterwards when talked to not to those with him
I felt listened to and felt valued for information I gave. Even though staff were busy they were pleasant
Friendly chap welcomed me at the reception on arrival. Although I was early for the appointment I was dealt with straight away - no waiting. The nurses were very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen thoroughly. Was met by Mr Sampath Kumar who escorted me to the procedure room. Nice nurses there too who looked after me very well. In recovery I was greeted and made to feel welcome. Overall a great experience. Thank you.
Staff caring and attentive.
